Ken Williams and Dr. Emilia Williams desire to see the students in this rural community exposed to educational opportunities that extend beyond their existing communities. Ken is a 1985 graduate of Ruffin High School and Emilia is a 1983 graduate of Long Beach Polytechnic High in Long Beach, California. They realize that all students have the ability to reach their fullest potential given the opportunity to be exposed to new environments and new learning experiences. |

MISSION: Youth Without Borders is a non profit organization which offers scholarships and financial assistance to young students and families aimed at creating unique leadership and new learning experiences that extend beyond their communities. VISION: Youth Without Borders vision is to expose youth to diverse experiences through exchange of ideas in other cultural environments; thus helping them to reach their full potential and providing future leadership to the global community. PHILOSOPHY: The true lesson or experiences we want to cultivate is through global enrichment by exposing youth outside of the normal communities thereby showing them that the world is inter-connected but made up of diverse cultures which through working together, the world can be a better place. |
